Private Group and Custom Tours

Private and custom group tours are available for a minimum of 10 people.

They can include 30-minute, 60-minute or 90-minute access to the magnificent Woolworth Building or to any of the other interesting sites shown below.

These can also be designed as combination tours run consecutively or concurrently depending upon the size of the group.

60-Minute Wall Street &    Old New York Tour

  • Tours start outside the glorious façade of Cass Gilbert’s iconic Woolworth Building at 233 Broadway
  • We pass the site of PT Barnum Museum on Ann St. one of the oldest streets in NYC dating from 1728.
  • Then we wend our way to the even older Maiden Lane, which was the first street north of Wall St. and dates from 1696!
  • As we turn onto Pearl Street we are on the original eastern shoreline of Manhattan.
  • Then we hear the stories, photograph the details and marvel at all of the history as we head up Wall Street past the House of Morgan, Federal Hall and the NY Stock Exchange.
  • Arriving at Trinity Church, we can wonder the graveyard and pay homage to Alexander Hamilton.
  • As we turn north on Broadway we will see St. Paul’s Chapel and Cass Gilbert’s lovely NY County Lawyers Association on our way back to the Woolworth, which was once the tallest building in the world.

60-Minute 9/11 Memorial Walking Tour

  • Tours start outside the glorious façade of Cass Gilbert’s iconic Woolworth Building at 233 Broadway
  • Two blocks south we walk through the historic and lovely St. Paul’s Chapel that served as a staging area during the 9/11 recovery.
  • We pass the important Millenium Hotel opposite the new Oculus Transportation Center for a photo op of One World Trade, now the tallest building in North America
  • Continuing south we come to the famous NYFD Engine 10 Fire Station
  • And we enter the 9/11 Memorial Plaza to view the pools and hear the stories.
  • We end back at the Woolworth Building, once the tallest in the world.

60-Minute City Hall Park Walking Tour

  • Tours start outside the glorious façade of Cass Gilbert’s iconic Woolworth Building at 233 Broadway
  • One block south we see Gilbert’s lovely NY County Lawyers Building before heading into City Hall Park
  • Great photo opportunities inside and outside the Park
  • Walk the old Newspaper Row to the Brooklyn Bridge
  • See Gilbert’s 1934 Federal Courthouse at Foley Square and his 1900 Broadway Chambers Building
  • Turn down Broadway back to the Woolworth, which was once the tallest building in the world.

Oculus Transportation Center

  • Take an insider’s tour of Santiago Calatrava’s controversial and now iconic 2016 structure.

  • Hear the history of the site.
